3. Hosting & Server Log Files

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted by ticking the checkbox in the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by emailing [email protected]. Data is deleted once it is no longer required to process your enquiry, and at the latest after [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months].

5. Cookies & Consent Management

Our website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for session management and form security) are used without separate consent, as they are required to operate the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics and marketing cookies (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) are only loaded after you have given explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 6. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Google Ads

Once you have given consent, we use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to manage analytics and marketing services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services may process personal data (e.g. truncated IP address, usage behaviour), in some cases on servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 7. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact form from spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Limited). Technical information (including IP address, mouse and keyboard movements, browser and device information) is transmitted to and analysed by Google to distinguish human visitors from automated access. 8. Disclosure to Third Parties

We only disclose your personal data to third parties where necessary to perform a contract, where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have given prior consent. The recipients named under Cookies and Google Services above are included in this disclosure.

9. Data Retention

Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, we delete your personal data once it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, unless further retention is required to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. statutory tax retention periods of [NUMBER] years).
